As a mother of four, including twins, with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and accreditation from Trauma Informed Schools UK, I am committed to positively impacting children and adolescents. I integrate innovative therapies in my practice, tailored to each individual's needs, demonstrating my dedication to addressing the varied challenges young people face today.

A Passion Born

My journey into the world of counseling began with a deep-seated passion for understanding the complexities of young minds. As a child, I was naturally drawn to helping others navigate the challenges that come with growing up. I found solace in lending an empathetic ear to my friends and family, and it was during these moments that I realized my life’s purpose.

Why I Do What I Do

The reason I do what I do is simple yet profound: I want to make a positive impact on the lives of young individuals. I’ve seen the transformative power of counseling, witnessed the incredible strength of young hearts, and I am endlessly inspired by the potential for growth and healing.

Education & Training

My path to becoming a counselor was a deliberate and dedicated one. I pursued a rigorous educational journey, earning a Bachelor’s degree and later a Master’s degree in Psychology. In addition, I obtained Trauma Informed and Social Emotional Learning in Early Years certifications. These academic pursuits provide me with a strong foundation in understanding the psychological and emotional development of young individuals.

Real-World Experience

While academic knowledge is essential, I believe real-world experience is equally invaluable. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with children & adolescents from diverse backgrounds, each with their own unique stories & challenges. These experiences have not only honed my counseling skills but have also deepened my appreciation for the resilience & potential of young minds.
